Returns & Replacements

At Strcases, every order is made especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because each item is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong phone model.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
